Open Mic is back at UnCorked on 2/25, 7-10 PM!! Musicians, please come out to play!!!!

Calling all musicians to come out to our open mic night to play original music you might have or some covers!! You can play as a single or have our house band backing you. Where can you play with a great band, a venue designed for quality sound and a sound guy mixing the music to sound it’s very best? We encourage everyone to come out for this fun night!! We have a fantastic core group currently attending and we are watching to grow. Also, $5 for all varieties of our delicious flatbreads all night and happy hour 5-7 pm. You may as well come early, grab some great food and get on the list to perform a few songs.

We want to give a big shout out to Frank Schuetz and the house band as well as our community of musicians.  These guys are great!  The house band could just play all night, and everyone would have a great time, especially with the great listening audience that’s been coming out.  We see local open mic favorites always trying to bring something new to challenge the band.   We see local musicians come with original music and the band is able to listen and join right in. We see musicians traveling here from many places, some passing through, some looking to move or new to the area and they are looking for fellow musicians to play with. Some want to play solo or come with a band they want us to hear.  We have seen young musicians (under 18 years old) come in with their parents, get up to play and they receive amazing support and encouragement for our music community.  The best times are seeing six or more musicians that have never all played together, musicians of all genres, young and old, locals and visitors.  It’s amazing to witness the power of music in the world.
