For us, buying the old Corks was always about the music. We met listening to music, and it has remained an important part of our lives. Yes, as our corporate careers were winding down, we were looking to invest in our community, but it had to be the right opportunity for us to take this risk. When we found Corks, we fell in love with the vibe, the people, the potential to grow the music following, and to make it a profitable business. We took a wine bar with a little music, to a music venue with wine, spirits and good times.
